Trump Claims Kamala Harris’ Rally Crowd Was Artificially Generated, Evidence Suggests Otherwise

Trump is falsely claiming that Kamala Harris’ rally crowd is AI generated

Former President Donald Trump is stirring controversy by claiming that the crowd at Vice President Kamala Harris’ Michigan rally was artificially generated, asserting that there was “nobody waiting” for her at the airport on the day of her rally.

Trump’s Claims Regarding Harris’ Rally Crowd

In an attempt to undermine Harris’ popularity, Trump made the allegation that the images portraying a sizeable crowd at her Michigan rally were fabricated using artificial intelligence. In a recent post on social media platform Truth Social, he went further to insist Harris had “cheated” as there was “NOBODY waiting for her” at the airport when she arrived for her campaign.

Trump wrote, “Has anyone noticed that Kamala CHEATED at the airport? There was nobody at the plane, and she ‘A.I.’d’ it, and showed a massive ‘crowd’ of so-called followers, BUT THEY DIDN’T EXIST!”

Contrary to his assertions, however, evidence suggests that the crowds present for Kamala Harris’ rally were indeed real.

Truth in Images and Videos of Rally Crowd

Contrary to Trump’s claim, a significant number of supporters were present at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport in Romulus, Michigan, to welcome Harris. This fact is corroborated by multiple photos and video footages that captured the sizable rally crowd.

A video posted online started with close-up shots of Harris and her gubernatorial running mate Gov. Tim Walz disembarking Air Force Two. The video then zooms out to reveal an enormous crowd of supporters gathered in the airport hangar, effectively proving the authenticity of the crowd at Harris’ Michigan rally.

The Harris-Walz Campaign Rallies

The Harris-Walz campaign has undeniably attracted sizable crowds across multiple states. Their recent rally in Glendale, Arizona, saw a turnout of more than 15,000 attendees, which was reported by various news outlets. Moreover, images from their campaign rallies showcased large numbers of supporters, further invalidating Trump’s artificial intelligence allegations.

Trump’s History with Crowd Sizes and AI

Interestingly, Trump has previously demonstrated a strong focus on crowd sizes at rallies. However, a video clip of his recent rally, showing several empty seats, suggested a smaller turnout than what the former president has been known for.

In addition, irony surfaces as Trump himself admitted to using AI for his campaign efforts during a podcast interaction with popular social media influencer Logan Paul. Here, he confirmed that one of his team members rewrote a speech using AI, which he found beautifully done and used for his campaigning later.

As such, while Trump continues to level allegations on Harris about fabricating her rally crowd, evidences point toward the contrary, demonstrating the real hype surrounding the Harris-Walz campaign.
