A recent groundbreaking ceremony held on November 7 marked the official start of construction, getting the community fired up for what’s to come!

Situated in the north commuter lot at Schoolcraft College, the marketplace will be nestled near the Vistatech Center, right off Haggerty Road. Construction on the impressive 48,100-square-foot marketplace will be underway for several months. And it doesn’t stop there! Work on a new parking lot next to the Vistatech Center is expected to wrap up by December.
