Glenlore Trails Returns With Enchanted Light Show For Halloween

Residents of the Commerce Charter Township are in for a treat! The Glenlore Trails is bringing back its fan-favorite enchanting light show this fall. Get ready to immerse yourself in a captivating experience like no other, opening September 20th.

Transforming once again, Michigan’s illuminated forest will introduce Glenlore Trails’ most mesmerizing spectacle yet— “Enchanted!” This magical night walk will bring alive fairies frolicking elegantly, spiders weaving intricate webs, pumpkins singing enchanting melodies, and wolves howling at the moon. You’ll get to witness vampire bats slicing the breeze and spirits murmuring secrets through the trees.

The enchanted journey stretches a mile long, taking roughly an hour to complete. Running from September 20th to October 27th, the path is open for Thursday to Sunday nights beginning at 7pm. Tickets for adults are priced at $24 and $14 for kids aged 4 to 12.

There’s also a giveaway in place with a chance to win four tickets, allowing your family to step into this magical world located in Commerce Township.

Special Events

We also got some sneak peek into the special events lined up for this year!

Opening weekend on September 21 and 22 will feature live music from Full Tilt Boogie and activities like balloon twisting and face painting.

Next, there’s Kids Craft Night & Forest Trail scheduled for September 29 and October 20. With every 30-minute sessions, families can enjoy balloon twisting and face painting before embarking on the enchanted trail journey.

Lastly, the much-anticipated Trick or Treat Night & Forest Trail event is set to delight kids on October 27. Encouraging kids to don their Halloween costumes, sessions will take place every 15 minutes to offer a fun-filled night of trick-or-treating on the Forest Trail.
