The presidential aspirants broke away from the state’s overtly Democratic cities and ventured instead into the less-friendly, yet notably conservative terrain of Rochester, Pennsylvania. Accompanied by their spouses, Doug Emhoff and Gwen Walz, the Democratic presidential hopefuls traveled across the western Pennsylvanian terrain in two newly commissioned campaign buses. Their arrival at the Pittsburgh airport on Air Force Two was welcomed by a small group of supporters.
