Plymouth Gears Up for Fun-filled 68th Fall Festival!

Excitement is brewing in Plymouth as everyone awaits the good food, good music and amazing fun lined up for this year’s Plymouth Fall Festival. Known for its lively and memorable atmosphere, the annual event is making a highly-anticipated comeback from Sept. 6-8.

The festival astounded the city last year as a whopping 85,000 people flooded the city on a single day to partake in the festivities. The streets of downtown Plymouth were teeming with happy faces and chatter, making it the city’s busiest day.

This year, the carnival rides begin at 3 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There are various ticket packages to choose from, with a $30 ride wristband available for purchase on Sunday.

But if carnival rides aren’t your cup of tea, don’t worry! The Fall Festival has more to offer. An engaging lineup of entertainment, car show, craft show, pet show and a myriad of vendors are set to keep spirits high throughout the weekend.

And let’s not forget about the food! Classic carnival food is a given, with sumptuous pancakes, succulent sausage, fresh orange juice, and a hot cup of coffee or milk available at the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast. This annual feast will be held on Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to noon. Advanced tickets are priced at $7 and will be $8 at the door. And for the little ones aged 5 and under, they get to feast for free!

You cannot miss out on the traditional Rotary Club annual Chicken BBQ either. On Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can tuck into a half-chicken, corn-on-the-cob, a roll with butter, bottled water and a cookie. Presale tickets will set you back by $17, but if you’re getting them at the door, they’ll cost you $20 instead.

Plan your weekend, grab your tickets, and get ready for a weekend of laughter, enjoyment, and community spirit at the Plymouth Fall Festival. Visit the event’s website for the complete lineup of activities and more details.
