This event, being held at the Marygrove Conservancy and organised by both the conservancy and Operations School based in Farmington Hills, aims to provide attendees with expert insights and resources to streamline their daily operations.

“Operate 2024” is designed help small businesses grow, by addressing key issues such as harnessing technology to increase efficiency, comprehending legal responsibilities and compliance, branding, as well as business scaling.
