The art show is a cherished event for its diverse offering of various art disciplines, including painting, clay, glass, sculpture, jewelry, and wood. Scott Bayless, a renowned glass artist from Illinois, will be one of the many artists presenting their work. Bayless, an infrequent participant in similar shows, has been a part of the Orchard Lake Fine Art Show several times since 2007.

The Essence of the Orchard Lake Fine Art Show

The organizer Patty Narozny, owner and producer of Hot Works, believes that this event stands out from other similar shows due to its esteemed reputation with the artist community, resulting in the presentation of unique artists and their masterpieces.

“We ensure there’s something to intrigue everyone by displaying a wide spectrum of art, ranging from valuable pieces for serious collectors to affordable pieces starting at $20-$25 for those warming up to the idea of owning original, handmade art,” she elucidates.

Impact of the Orchard Lake Fine Art Show

Steven Kaplan, West Bloomfield Township Supervisor, attests to the Orchard Lake Fine Art Show’s significance, claiming that the event, attended by him and his wife every year, contributes greatly to the local community’s identity. “The art fair, in many ways, defines West Bloomfield, because friends and neighbors frolic at the fair.”, he adds.

Apart from stirring the local community, the show continues to provide a stellar platform for artists like Bayless who typically prefer to directly ship their work through galleries. “It is fun to interact with people who will be putting my pieces in their homes,” says he.
